Like Breitling, IWC has been expanding its pilot watch collection for most of the year, with many extraordinary pieces to choose from. We will launch the rarest and most complicated one: Pilot's Watch Time Zone Chronograph "80 Years of Flight to New York", continuing the brand's partnership with pilots and Le Petit Prince author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Designed to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Saint-Exupéry's flight from Paris to New York on the French ship Latécoère 521, this is a historic moment in early aviation history. Launched in 2016, this new Timezoner watch features a 46 mm stainless steel case, a brown ceramic rotating bezel and a tan dial, inspired by the colors of the pilot suits of the era of the same name. The red indicators of "Paris" and "New York" on the bezel mark this special edition, which is engraved with the names of 24 world cities, one for each time zone. This watch is equipped with IWC's Calibre 89760, which pairs a chronograph with a patented, easy-to-use world time function with a rotating bezel.
